Poultry Noodle Soup
Writing this up as a separate recipe feels a bit like cheating. This is really just a simple variation on Simple Poultry Soup. But it has noodles, so that makes it different!
Use whatever noodles you like for this soup. Long, spaghetti-like noodles are actually the shape of choice in Kryta. Pinched up round noodles (a bit like farfalle) are favoured in Metrica Province. And if you venture up into the Shiverpeaks you'll find that they tend to use small, irregularly shaped pieces of pasta (somewhat similar to Hungarian tarhonya).

Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 1 recipe Simple Poultry Soup
- 2-3 c. pasta of choice1, uncooked
Directions
- Prepare your soup.
- While the soup is simmering, bring a pot of water to the boil.
- Add noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
- Drain noodles and then shock them with some cold water.
- Stir noodles into soup.
