A delicious, creamy full of herby goodness. Krytans like to serve it with meatballs, but it's also excellent with fish.

  1. Make a light roux with the flour and butter.
  2. Add the stock and mix until the lumps are smoothed out and the mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in the sour cream and dill and mix until until smooth and heated through.
