Dilled Cream Sauce
A delicious, creamy full of herby goodness. Krytans like to serve it with meatballs, but it's also excellent with fish.
Dilled Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- roux made with 1/4 c. each of butter and flour
- 2 c. herbed poultry stock
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh dill
Directions
- Make a light roux with the flour and butter.
- Add the stock and mix until the lumps are smoothed out and the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the sour cream and dill and mix until until smooth and heated through.
