Simple Dressing
A minimalist oil and vinegar mixture. Good as a basic salad dressing or marinade.
Different oils and vinegars can be used depending on the flavour you're going for. I was planning on using this one for a very basic salad so I chose a nice peach-flavoured white balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. I enjoy vinegar, so I make mine a bit heavier on the vinegar than others might prefer. This can easily be adjusted depending on the intended use and individual taste.
