Strawberries and Biscuits
This one's pretty simple, but oh-so-tasty! A favourite dessert, especially in Kryta.
Strawberries and Biscuits
1 buttermilk biscuit
3-4 strawberries, sliced
2 tsp. sugar
~1/4 c. whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkle the sugar over the strawberries. If you have any vanilla sugar, that will work particularly well here. Let the strawberries sit and macerate for 10-20 minutes.
Split the biscuit horizontally. Spoon the strawberries onto the bottom half of the biscuit. If using, put a dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberries. Place the upper half of the biscuit on top of the stack and, if desired, top with more whipped cream.
