Grilled Mushrooms

I prefer king oyster mushrooms for grilling like this. They have a lovely flavour and are large and sturdy enough not to fall through the grates.

Grilled Mushrooms
king oyster mushrooms, sliced
vegetable or peanut oil
salt to taste

Brush mushroom slices generously with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt. Grill a few minutes each side over medium heat until mushrooms soften and grill marks develop.
