Cinnamon Pinwheels

One of my favourite ways to use up extra scraps of dough! A simple sweet snack that can be baked up quickly with whatever bits of dough you have left after doing your other baking.



Cinnamon Pinwheels
dough scraps
butter, melted
cinnamon sugar

Roll dough out 3-4mm thick. Brush with melted butter and dust with cinnamon sugar. Roll dough into a cylinder and seal the edge. Cut dough log into discs about 1cm thick and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
