Chickpea Soup

Tomato soup is nice, but it's not very substantial on its own. Adding some chickpeas, bell peppers, and herbs makes it both more filling and more flavourful.

Directions

  1. Bring the soup to a low simmer.
  2. Add the herbs, chickpeas, and bell peppers and cook until heated through and flavours have blended (5-10 minutes).



1 Fresh bell pepper works just fine here, but roasted is also very nice if you have the time to prepare it. Back
