Garlic Spinach Sautee

A quick and simple side dish to add some green to your plate.


Garlic Spinach Sautee

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300g spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt

Directions

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach, cover, and cook until wilted.
  4. Sprinkle in the salt, stir, and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
