Garlic Spinach Sautee
A quick and simple side dish to add some green to your plate.
Garlic Spinach Sautee
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 300g spinach, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
Directions
- Heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the spinach, cover, and cook until wilted.
- Sprinkle in the salt, stir, and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
