Garlic Kale Sautee

Intensely garlic-y, this vibrant green dish makes a great accompaniment to many meals.



Garlic Kale Sautee

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 5-6 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 300g kale, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the oil over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until softened (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the kale, cover, and cook until wilted (~5 minutes).
  4. Stir in the vinegar.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
