Garlic Kale Sautee
Intensely garlic-y, this vibrant green dish makes a great accompaniment to many meals.
Garlic Kale Sautee
Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5-6 large cloves garlic, minced
- 300g kale, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat the oil over medium-low heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until softened (2-3 minutes).
- Add the kale, cover, and cook until wilted (~5 minutes).
- Stir in the vinegar.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
