Tangy Seasoning

Not to be confused with Fancy Tangy Sautee Mix, which include oil, no salt, and more alliums!


Tangy Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. coarse sea salt

Directions

  1. Mince everything very fine and sprinkle the salt over it.
  2. If you will be using the Tangy Seasoning in a marinade or paste, use a cleaver or a molcajete to smash and grind it a bit to get a more even texture. (I still won't be smooth, but you can break it down a little more.)
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
